Alert to Control High-Risk)!
This listing is Not a Business Honor but a punishment
that could spell the end of your business! 98% of current processors
will NOT accept TMF/Matched clients or help you
get another Merchant Account.
Why
because you have been Black Listed, right or wrong... you
got a problem!
Please, what ever you do... "Handle Your Old Processor
With Care"!
THEY can become your worst enemy
now and into the future! If you owe money to the processor, THEN pay it.
If not, it's considered as Fraud!

another US/Domestic Merchant Account!
SOLUTION: If there is No Fraud or
Wrong Doing on your part, and you
Don't Owe any money to the processor that TMF - MATCH your
Merchant Account,
then we have a second chance of getting another
US/Domestic Merchant Account.
- There no risk to you for trying!
- Pay nothing if we fail to get you a Merchant Account!
If your
business has been accepted and you start processing.. there a one time investment
is $399.00 paid by Check. The Check must be Fed Ex
for next day delivery after merchant account is turn on and
processing!
Oh Yes, if the check bounces or if it
is
not Priority Mailed for delivery, the new TMF account maybe immediately
terminated and all previous sales maybe refunded or held
by processor for up to 6 months!
Upon Application Completion
The Processor reviews
all TMF Merchant Accounts for
Acceptance or Will Be Decline on a case-by-case basis
Below is a List of Required Doc's
- Please get them Ready
01) Voided Check with either legal business name & address,
or dba
business name & address. NO STARTER checks will be accepted! If you do not
have checks. You will need to get a letter from the bank containing the business
name, account number, routing number, bank's telephone number and signed by bank
manager on their letter head.
02) A legible copy of merchant's Driver License, (Email
a Color Scan Copy).
03) Website must meet these requirements:
- All Policies must be clearly displayed for both members and
non-members of merchant's company.
- The Policies are: Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions
Policy,
Return/Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.
- All Products/Services must be clearly displayed and pricing must be shown.

Secure Checkout (Order Page)/Shopping Cart must be in place.
04) Business License / Articles of Incorporation.
05) Signed merchant Application and Agreement including Signed Resolution, Signed Personal Guarantee by principals.
06) 6 months Previous Business Checking Statements
- if its a new account, less is OK!
07) 6 months Previous Merchant Processing Statements -
if its a new account, less is OK!
08)
TMF Explanation why the merchant was placed on TMF/MATCH
list. Plus, it must explain what steps they have taken to correct the problem
from happening again!
09) All Forms of Advertising/Marketing Material
(if no website is available)
10) Retail Stores, Photos of location or
Brochures, Business Cards.
